No P.O. Box delivery

PayPal confirmed addresses only

Items will be shipped on the same or next business day(Excluding weekends) of receiving full payment

Tracking number will be provided only on items that are posted via registered / special delivery/ courier

Smaller parcels are posted via Economy Mail and larger parcels are sent with courier

Please note that handling/delivery times do not include weekends/Bank holidays

 

Returns Policy

 We will offer a refund or exchange for faulty items, whichever is suitable for the buyer

We will only refund postage costs once we receive the goods and determine that they are faulty, otherwise postage costs will not be refunded 

Please note, this does not apply to items which we determine "wrongly fitted, force fitted, misused or damaged" by the customer, and in this instance the customer is responsible for all costs, for postage and/or replacement

 Replacements will only be posted once we receive the defective item 

Please note that to avoid any misunderstanding, send the package with your faulty items Recorded Delivery so there is a tracking number and proof of postage
